Refund Policy
Returns
We have a 30 day return policy should you need to return or exchange your items, the 30 days will begin from the date of delivery. If you are returning any items you will need to pay for the postage and we recommend that you use a trackable service in case the item goes missing on its return, as unless we receive the item we will not be able to complete the process for you. All items must be in as good as new condition to qualify for a refund or exchange.
If you do have any issues please contact us first so we can investigate as there may be a simple solution which we can advise or fix for you. You can contact us via our website and we will get back to you as soon as possible

EU Consumers — Right of Withdrawal (14-Day Cooling-Off Period)
If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving your goods. To exercise this right, you must notify us of your decision to withdraw before the 14-day period expires by contacting us at info@prolinebraidedlines.com.
Once we have been notified, you must return the goods to us without undue delay and no later than 14 days after informing us of your withdrawal. Return postage costs are your responsibility unless the goods are faulty or not as described.
We will issue a full refund of the purchase price using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, within 14 days of receiving the returned goods.
Please note: the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods that have been custom-made or personalised to your specification.
