Fitment Type Explained: Internal Bulkhead

Bulkhead-style ABS delete kits route the rear brake line from the master cylinder through the bulkhead to the rear with the option for a bias valve and/or hydraulic handbrake connection. The lines are split with bulkhead fittings where they enter and exit the car. These have a male fitting on one side, held in place with a lock nut, and on the other side the next line connects with a female fitting. This needs a smaller hole and provides a professional, secure finish. Compatible with adjustable bias valves and hydraulic handbrakes. Shop Bias Valves.

Kit Includes

• 1 x Line from the BMC to a T-piece for the front section
• 2 x Lines from the T-piece to both N/S/F and O/S/F inner wings / wheel arches
• 1 x Line from the BMC to a rear bulkhead union
• 1 x Line from the rear bulkhead union to a bias valve connection
• 1 x Line from the bias valve connection to the rear T-piece
• 2 x Rear lines from the T-piece to rear bulkhead unions
• 2 x Lines from the bulkhead unions to both N/S/R and O/S/R inner wings / wheel arches
• 2 x Brass T-pieces
• x 6mm black P-clips
• Stainless steel banjo bolts (if required)
• Copper crush washers (if required)

A brake bias valve is strongly recommended when deleting ABS. Kits do not include one — Shop Bias Valves.
